• Our engineer will responsible for any kind of software installation and Hardware trouble shooting except any short of licensing if arise.
• This contract will be covered any kind of problems diagnosis for Monitor, Printer, Scanner and UPS.
• During this Maintenance & service contract we will be oblige to provide honest and viable suggestions if you need any up-gradation, repair or replacement issues.
• trickleBD also able for support to supply your all consumable items, like printer, cartridge, toner, ribbon, diskette, computer paper or repairing your defective monitor, UPS, stabilizer and others after settlement of price which will not covering by this maintenance service contract.
• The contract does not include the cost of required spares for necessary repairs or replacements. IT is not necessary that the purchase of these replacement spares have to be form trickleBD, we desire to only be on competitive price in course of these purchases.
• Our engineer or any concerned technician would provide a general service by routine wise two fixed day for all the PCs for this contract with related hardware components like printers UPS & Scanner.
• Except that routine service, our one engineer will be standby during regular office hours to provide services within two hours for Maximum five time of any emergency calls during the whole month. Except this five time we shall face your problems by taking per call charge Taka- 500.00.
• We shall be maintained an official logbook for keep record our provided service.

• Monthly routine wise defragmentation of hard disk of all contracted PCs.
• Monthly routine wise floppy & CD Rom cleaning of all contracted PCs.
• Monthly routine wise checks of all software status of all contracted PCs.
• Monthly routine wise antivirus update of all contracted PCs.
• Monthly routine wise mouse cleaning of all contracted PCs.
• Quarterly cleaning all paces & other related component by brash or cleaner.
• And any other trouble will be shouted by our expert engineer of any office time for all the month.
